Benefits are available to full and part-time employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours each pay period. Some exceptions may apply where noted.

Methodist benefits go into effect the first of the month, coinciding with (or following) the date of hire. Once hired, employees will have 31 days to enroll in their benefits. More information and instructions will be provided during the onboarding process.

Employees can participate in the Methodist Health System 403(b) retirement plan, which includes employer matching contributions after one year of service. In addition, Methodist offers financial education resources to help employees manage their savings and retirement planning. 

Methodist Health System offers a tuition reimbursement program to support employees seeking to further their education in healthcare-related fields. Full-time employees are eligible after six months of employment, and reimbursement amounts vary based on the course of study. 

Methodist Health System provides a generous PTO policy that includes vacation time, sick leave, and paid holidays (including Memorial Day). Employees accrue PTO based on their years of service and employment status (full-time or part-time), allowing them the flexibility to manage work-life balance.
