The Methodist Leadership Institute and Events

At the heart of Methodist’s leadership development is the Leadership Institute. Here, leaders and would-be leaders find the support and training they need to maximize their leadership potential.

Methodist's Annual Leadership Conference is a day-long conference where nationally recognized speakers engage, inform, and help develop Methodist leaders in a collegial atmosphere that fosters open communication and problem solving.



The Nursing Leadership Academy is a series of sessions targeted to the unique development of nurse leaders.

The New Leader Orientation is a comprehensive onboarding program that offers all new Methodist leaders hands-on training and instructor-led sessions covering topics such as quality/process improvement, patient experience, employee engagement, and more.

Our Leadership Intensive is a learning series for managers and directors that strategically focuses on timely and highly relevant leadership topics, including evidence-based leadership principles and tools.



The Emerging Leaders Program is a rewarding, five-month program that builds critical leadership skills in clinical and non-clinical employees.

The Accelerated Development Track is a roadmap and development plan designed to target individual competencies.
