Seven Methodist Health System Nurses Honored in D Magazine’s Excellence in Nursing Awards

The March edition of D Magazine features seven Methodist Health System nurses honored in the magazine’s sixth annual Excellence in Nursing Awards program for dedicating their lives to making North Texas a healthier place.
“I believe that Methodist Health System has some of the very best nurses in the country – it’s evidence by their clinical competency, compassion, and in their commitment to our patients,” says Karla Ramberger, DNP, RN, senior vice president, chief nursing executive, Methodist Health System. “The dedication they have to our patients, frontline staff, and our community is truly humbling. The seven finalists include Rhonda McGaughey, nursing clinical coordinator, Methodist Dallas Medical Center; Cheyenne Ruby, education specialist II, Methodist Dallas; Michael Waits, administrative nursing supervisor, Methodist Dallas; Ashley Bolen, clinical coordinator, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center; Leslie Dillard, wound, ostomy, and continence nurse, Methodist Mansfield; Mandi Longoria, perinatal education/lactation coordinator; Kathryn Mosteller, nurse patient navigator, Methodist Mansfield.
